AI Center

Here® AI Center enables integration with your organization's enterprise artificial intelligence (AI). With AI Center, your organization can securely integrate a generative AI into your workflow. By providing the full context of your current tasks, Here supercharges enterprise AI solutions, ensuring more accurate and relevant answers.

Context enhances an AI model's ability to provide more robust and precise answers. While enterprise AI solutions can get significant context through back-end integrations (for example, with email systems and CRM), application context is only available on the front-end, where the user is working. Here makes application context securely available so you can, for example, simply prompt "tell me more about this client." AI Center automatically applies the context (for example, the client name and identifier) from multiple applications that you're currently running within a Here browser window.

Use AI Center​

To use AI Center, enter prompts about the applications currently running within the current Here® browser window. Use AI Center to perform tasks such as content summarization and content analysis. Each browser window can have one AI Center "conversation."

Switching windows does not clear a window's conversation. Also, switching between general and context modes does not clear a window's existing conversation. You must explicitly clear a window's conversation by clicking New Chat before you can start a new conversation.

General mode​

  1. Click the AI Center icon at the top right of your browser window. AI Center's panel opens to the right.

  2. If you are a new user to AI Center, you may need to acknowledge the AI Usage Agreement. To continue, click Agree and Continue.

  3. When you open the panel, you are placed in general mode by default. If needed, click one of the general prompts supplied at the top of the panel and then click the up arrow. In this mode, you cannot supply a contextual prompt to AI Center.

  4. When you close the panel, and then again open the panel, your prompt and reply are still there. To clear the current window's conversation, click New Chat at the top right of the panel. This applies to general and context modes.

Context mode​

To supply a contextual prompt to AI Center, click Context at the bottom of the panel. Then type your prompt and click the up arrow.

In addition to your prompt, context mode sends the content of the current window, tab name, and favicon to AI Center. Content that is not approved is not included as context.

NOTE: When you click Context, you might see suggested contextual prompts at the top of the panel. Clicking on one of these works the same way as supplying a general prompt.
