Content stores
Starting in HERE 9, all content, including apps, supertabs, collections, and agents, is managed via a single view, which opens the appropriate view for editing each type of content.
If your organization either publishes content to others or subscribes to content from others, content is further organized into content stores. The Content section of the navigation sidebar lists content stores whose content you can access. The first item listed in the sidebar under Content is always your own organization; it might be the only one listed if your organization does not subscribe to external content stores.
By default, the content page for your organization displays all content it has defined for the organization's end-users. If content stores are enabled, a menu at the top of the page, next to the organization name, lets you select other stores defined by your organization or create a new one.
Organizations can create content stores to offer content to other HERE customers. For example, your organization might offer a set of related HERE apps, a supertab that displays them together, and an agent to search the apps' data.
Publishers
Publishers are organizations that offer content to other HERE customers via one or more content stores.

Add content to a store
You can add content only to a store defined by your organization.
- With "All Content" displayed, select the content items you want to add to a store. When you move your mouse pointer over an item, the item's icon changes to a checkbox. Click anywhere on the item to select or deselect it.
- Click Add to store. A dialog box opens, titled Add X items, where X is the number of selected content items.
- Select one or more stores in the dialog box, and click Add Content.
Remove content from a store
You can remove content only from a store defined by your organization. If you remove a content item from a store, it will become no longer available to subscribers of the store, on the next update of the store that they receive from HERE.
- Select the store whose members you want to modify. In the store-specific view, you can only change the membership of items in the store; you cannot change anything else about the content items in the store.
- Select the content items you want to remove from a store. When you move your mouse pointer over an item, the item's icon changes to a checkbox. Click anywhere on the item to select or deselect it.
- Click Remove. A confirmation dialog box opens.
- Click Remove in the dialog box to remove the selected content items from the store.
Share a content store with subscribers
Enabling subscribers to access a content store must be done by HERE staff. Similarly, if you make changes to a store's metadata or member content, HERE staff must push the change to subscribers. Contact your HERE representative or email HERE support to propagate changes to a store or its subscriber list.
Subscribers
When your organization subscribes to content from a publisher, the name of each subscribed content store appears in the "Content" section of the sidebar, after your organization's name. Clicking on a content store's name displays the content in that store.
As a subscriber, you cannot modify the content items in a store. The operations you can do are:
- Manage access to the content for your organization's users
- Activate content for your organization's users
- Deactivate content for your organization's users
