AI Center

Here® AI Center enables integration with your organization's enterprise artificial intelligence (AI). With AI Center, your organization can securely integrate a generative AI into the user's workflow. By providing the full context of the user's current tasks, Here supercharges enterprise AI solutions, ensuring more accurate and relevant answers.

Context enhances an AI model's ability to provide more robust and precise answers. While enterprise AI solutions can get significant context through back-end integrations (for example, with email systems and CRM), application context is only available on the front-end, where the user is working. Here makes application context securely available so the user can, for example, simply prompt "tell me more about this client." AI Center automatically applies the context (for example, the client name and identifier) from multiple applications that the user is currently running within a Here browser window.

By default, content is not enabled for use with AI Center. Each piece of content must be opted-in via the Admin Console's Content page. Administrators decide which content should be sent to AI Center, allowing full control over sensitive content.

Enable content for AI Center

  1. On the Content page, use the search bar to find the content by its name or ID. You can also scroll through the list of content items to locate the one you want to modify.

  2. Click the Action ⋮ menu on the right end of the item's row.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Under Additional content controls, enable AI Participation.

  5. When you are finished, do one of the following:

    • To prevent users from accessing the content item, click Unpublish.
    • To publish your changes to the content item, click Publish.
