Manage for your company

Here™ includes an Admin Console, where you perform the following tasks:

  • Add content your users are allowed to work with in the Here™ browser

  • Manage users

  • Manage user access with permissions and roles

  • Manage admin access to perform these tasks

Example admin workflow​

  • Create or import users.

  • Specify content your users can access in the browser.

    You can add web apps or websites. See Add content for more information.

    Definitions include access permissions. See Roles and permissions for more information.

  • Create roles, which are groups of permissions.

  • Assign roles to users.

If you are an admin, the Admin Console is available from the browser menu.
